The Office Assistant is expected to answer phones, complete administrative tasks and support staff members with clerical duties to provide the highest quality care to patients/clients.

Responsibilities:
Input patient visit information Performs offices procedures, such as sorting, filing, records and photocopying.
Print outputs on a daily basis.
Perform other duties as directed.
Bilingual applicants will be considered.
EQUIPMENT OPERATION:
The job requires the ability to utilize a PC, calculator, telephone line, printer and other related office equipment.
Qualifications:
High School Education Minimum of six months office experience Must possess typing and other clerical skills.
