The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties, including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing correspondence.
Answer incoming calls, direct calls to appropriate team members, and take messages as necessary.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, and placing orders as required.
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for managers.
Assist with the preparation of various documents, reports, and presentations.
Support the accounting department by processing invoices, expense reports, and maintaining financial records.
Assist in maintaining and updating company databases and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative office culture by fostering open communication and teamwork.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting and willingness to learn new software tools.
Passion for sustainability and interest in renewable energy is a plus.
