The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, maintenance and repairs, budgeting and financial reporting.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Hours are flexible, most of the work if done from the office/home so there is ability to work from home, must have a vehicle and valid dirvers lisence to visit properites twice a month times a week.
Responsibilities:
Lease and renew rental agreements.
Maintain tenant files and records.
Collect rent payments and security deposits.
Perform inspections of rental units and common areas.
Enforce rules and regulations of the property.
Conduct background checks on prospective tenants.
Handle tenant complaints and disputes.
Prepare financial reports for the property owner.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
