We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Clerk to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and selecting vendors, negotiating prices, and managing the purchasing process from start to finish.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the purchasing process.

Responsibilities:
Analyze purchasing trends and recommend changes to optimize the purchasing process.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices and terms for supplies and services.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.
Ensure that all orders are delivered on time and in accordance with company policies.
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues that arise.
This position uses quickbooks and microsoft office.
