Summary:
The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Process and dispatch work orders and follow up Performs administrative and clerical support tasks Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
Performs other duties.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skill Must be detail oriented Good organization skills Must be patient in listening to customer Must be able to multi-task Professional and courteous.
Good time management skills Must be able to work with a multi-line phone system Must be able to communicate clearly Must be bi-lingual Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
1 - 2 years receptionist or call center experience Bi-lingual (Spanish & English) Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
