Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesperson to join our team at Payne Mission.
The Salesperson will be responsible for selling products or services to customers by identifying their needs and demonstrating how our offerings can meet those needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong negotiation skills- Ability to work well in a team- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads- Understand customer needs and requirements- Provide information about products or services to customers- Demonstrate the benefits of our products or services- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas- Maintain positive relationships with customers- Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
