Job Description and Profile:
The Human Resources Warehouse Leader plays an essential role within the HR team.
The person in this position is a culture ambassador and a service oriented, driven person with strong organizational and planning skills, who is able to manage multiple projects and demonstrate high levels of accountability and team collaboration.
Human Resources responsibilities - 80%? Partner with onsite Managers in HR related tasks and relevant company initiatives.
? Be the point of contact and face of Human Resources for onsite staff by actively engaging and proactively checking in with the Team.
Be the first point of contact for day to day employee relations matters, engaging the senior team as needed.
? Lead new support center employee onboarding processes.
? Be a culture champion and partner with onsite managers to execute and coordinate engagement activities.
This may include monthly and quarterly engagement events, birthday and anniversary celebrations, Team bonding events, Team catering and facility events etc.
? Work closely with headquarters HR (corporate services, recruitment) to execute all HR Support Center key processes:
? Recruitment:
postings, screening, interview scheduling, candidates follow up? Engagement and team stability:
support appropriate level of staffing, proactively inform Operations and Recruitment on potential needs.
? Performance Management:
Support onsite leaders with employee performance management.
? Training and compliance:
Support on site employee onboarding, training completion, and attendance tracking? Partner with headquarters Director, HR to track and process employee data, including FMLA, special accommodations and workers comp requests.
Support proper handling of HR records, keep information up to date and ensure con?dentiality of employee data.
? Coordinate exit process for departing employees and performs exit interviews.
? Be an avid learner and constantly look for opportunities to improve employee experience.
? Support the global HR team and contribute to total company HR projects.
? Other duties as assigned.
Facility responsibilities - 20%? Work with Operations Leadership to ensure all health, safety, and compliance regulations are followed.
? Ensure employees have optimal working conditions, inform operations leadership of findings and needs, and follow up on any improvements needed in the building, including managing facility vendors and maintenance such as cleaning services, repairs as needed.
? Work closely with onsite managers to ensure all supplies and equipment needed to ensure a proper operation and engaging work environment are ordered on a timely basis.
Education &
Experience:
? Bachelor's degree preferred in related fields.
? 3
years of experience in the Human Resources ?eld.
Prior experience working in fulfillment centers or warehouse environment preferred.
? Experience in multiple facets of HR (e.
g.
, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, etc.
) is a plus.
? Human Resources Certi?cation (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
