Primary Functions:
Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
Assist with agency communications including telephones, emails, and home visits.
Responsible for software maintenance and other duties as required.
Stays current with changes in provider services regulations.
Promotes Agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to attendants/clients.
